Hi - I was told yesterday afternoon (2.30) not to touch or open my new game whilst they transfer my progress to it, and they would message me when I can reopen it. Its now 9.25 am here, so 19 hours later, and I am still waiting. I will send codes out to as many as I can, if they don't auto...

. . . and don't forget after you have completed the 8 tasks, and got the bonus, you can carry on with the tasks and keep earning their value for the rest of the day. Task 3 in particular, which refreshes so frequently, can soon mount up.

I have been told I will be restored imminently, so fingers crossed. (I think they have gone home for the night so not sure what that means!!!). @Sulfe has a more serious problem though.

I have everything crossed that they sort this for you, would hate to lose you from the game and as a neighbour.

Yes, I was on "Airport City GI", the online version. My new one is on "Airport City" - the fully downloaded one. I deleted all files and they have acknowledged and said I must not open the game until I get a new message from them - I am waiting very impatiently!!!!

Definitely, I wish I had moved onto space launches earlier. Great way to get fuel.

So I have downloaded the desktop version, logging into the AppStore with a different email address. I have sent my new game code and wonder how long GI will take? - I have a screenshot of my totals in case I need to ask for a top up if they are going to backdate the restore, as I have a Mint...

I am being asked to delete my game, create a new one and support will restore my progress and add me to the alliance, so I have just gone back with a couple of questions before doing that. Sounds like they are getting there!

Hey folks. In case you havent seen the threads, there is a hack happening. I have counted at least six games that have been taken over by "hackedby Luisoos". Players are losing their games, are being reported as out of date when players try to visit, and the alliance I am in (a top 50 alliance)...

Thats 4 of you been hacked by Luisoos that I know of!!!

So @uk_crunch , @Tim Shutters , @Jon Allen and @Julie payne and myself are all having similar problems - the alliance has dissappeared, 2 games are now "hacked by Luisoos" and I have lost 4 neighbours. Plus people visiting are getting my game is outdated! Help GI!
