I got that once a few months ago. Try restarting the game. If that doesn't work, see if you have a backup from a day or two ago, and apply that. Might work. If not, you'll probably have to wait for GI.

Anyone else get this when they click on a passenger building when your terminal is full? No X in the upper right corner! "start a flight" seems to be only option. Problem seems to be intermittent. Wasn't doing it yesterday.

Do you have at least 18 stars? Are you at level 17 or higher? When you click on the Rio flight, what does it show you need? Of course, if you're playing on facebook, you can probably disregard these questions, because the facebook game is a whole different world!
