I have a number of Zzzzzzzzz neighbors, a lot of them support accounts that come and go - so I keep those. Several others are for long standing forum members who seem to have disappeared, and I keep hoping against hope they will return, so I keep those. And of course, there are those silly...

You're right - just alphabetical list of active neighbors. If you do A-Z gifting, it's a little easier than having to skip over inactive neighbors, but then again, sometimes I gift an inactive knowing that he/she will be back in a few days. Yep - just kind of useless! :)
