Can't offer a lot of help as to your problems, but if you're using the in-game support, DON'T. They won't respond to that. Use their regular support page. http://www.game-insight.com/en/support/form

Also, as long as you sign in with the same google play account on your new device (assuming you are staying with android), google play will restore your game. Back when I had android games, I could switch from one device to another, and the game would be restored without any loss of progress.
