    Drop rates on event flights...

    No bonuses either - I think it was just luck. No rhyme nor reason - some people get drops, some people don't. :(:(:(

    I 3-starred Cambridge with my android alliance support game and got enough drops to build 1 university. Since then, drops have been practically zilch. Luckily I have plenty of neighbors with universities, so only having 1 in my own airport isn't so bad.

    Sell them or save them for next year if you have room in your airport. They do give you a nice head start if you have a couple of card hangars plus a plane of hearts to start off next year's event.

    You can't buy the University. You get it by gathering items from event flights. Those flights will show up when you get the event on IOS.

    It appears that planes in the event hangars are being placed in the warehouse. So, good news! They're apparently not being lost.

    The good thing is that you are not dependent upon neighbors for event gifts. As long as people keep their Universities built in the airport for you to visit, it won't hurt your chances of completion, even if your neighbors have completed the event.
