Yep - we had this event last October. Award this year is different. Last year was Pharoah's Palace, +50 population, 70 coins/10 minutes. This year is Gates of Amun, 90 coins/4 hours, +20 population, +3% increase in passengers from nearby buildings.

I read somewhere a long time ago it was because places 4,5,6 still had a chance at a water world collection item, whereas the latter places did not. But I agree, last place still should get more fuel than 4th place! Edit: Last place should NOT get more fuel than 4th place. :oops:
