Spy Glass only seems to be enough for Area51 flights; 4 runways and 4 fighter jets with instant return (4*(28+60) or 352 fuel) should bring you more than 1 Hydraulic Tool; sometimes if you are lucky even 3 tools Spy Glass + Sky Captain should give you something like 1 drop from each 4 UFO crash...

Do you fly 6h maps, e.g. adventure destinations? If you do, you would need 1 or 2 Family Tickets per map for flying say 150 Delta flights for 6h and quite many passenger building built...

At some poInt of your development you'll need more passenger buildings than you have. So then you will be happy with the eco-friendly house :)
