Joined with my support game and 1 QL. Unfortunately, I can't do anything with my main game right now - no launches, no gifting, no visiting. :(:(:(

Same problem here. Yesterday I was able to do a couple of launches and send a few gifts, but this morning, 1 gift sent, no others will go out. Can't collect any gifts or visit neighbors. I should be thankful - at least my game isn't crashing or losing progress! AC on facebook mentions that...

Unfortunately, I don't think we actually get an Ice Palace. :( It's like the Forgetful Santa collection - we don't actually receive a santa claus suit, just the santa's house & igloo. Hope you also had a wonderful holiday! :happy:

Yes, we are strong! :p:p:p We are powerful!! We will continue to advance and grow no matter what GI throws in our path. But, I'd be willing to be a little weaker and less powerful and be able to have access to videos! :D:D:D

I think I'll take a little vacation from the game today - just send out flights. At least I sent out gifts last night. Maybe the server issues will be fixed in a few hours.

Finally got my launch in the air, after it landed, I couldn't collect. :( Visited Madlen, when I returned, the launch was gone - no credit for it. :mad::mad: From the frying pan into the fire.:banghead::banghead::banghead:

It was slow yesterday, but after this morning's windows game update, it is TERRIBLE! Launch window takes forever to come up, game keeps freezing. I thought we were getting a FIX for these problems, but it seems (at least in my case) to be making things worse!

I will definitely do a backup before clicking on Take Reward!!!

Very frustrating! I have to hand it to the AC development team - they've had some great ideas, frequent updates and more events than I remember ever having before. They've been doing a good job, but I think maybe they did a bit too much too fast, and QA is suffering for it. I hope they slow...

I have at least 5 neighbors who's games have reset back to the beginning - and I think they are all IOS players. :(:mad::confused: I hope they have all reported to GI and that something will be done to help them soon!
