You can only use one QL for your game, but you can join a launch with other players who have QLs. Each QL on a launch speeds up the launch by 90% and the effects of multiple QLs are additive.

If the leader has a QL and has put in 576 points, it is good etiquette to NOT pass them. If they have added a low number of points, then they expect to be passed by others.
