peeyam, If you don't have an Air Conditioner in your Outgoing Gifts window, then you cannot send it. Certain gifts (like Spare Wire and Additional Radar) are in everyone's list. Other items (like Smoke Detector and Air Conditioner) can only be gifted by random players. Hope this helps. Cheers...
