Maybe you are already neighbour with the player you want to add ! Otherwise, it can be a bug... I added someone just after updating, and it works... but, maybe with a little delay (around 3 minutes) !

Yes ! It would be "Horizon Artificiel" ! but not "Orizonte Artificiale", because it is not French !
