Unfortunately, the game is not meant to be played on more than 1 device. Trying to play the same game on 2 devices could end up with you getting banned, although it's more likely you'll just end up with the problem you are now having. .

I think it was from an event in 2013 or 2014. You might be able to get it in one of the Mystery Super Buildings. But it would cost probably 300 greenies, and only give you about a 1 in 10 chance of getting it. Maybe the old event is being offered again??? in a different area.
