Thx jgm. I fully agree w/ the 60 and above club. I usually just delete folks who seem random. Lost a big chunk of neighbors during the last update. I have a long way to go. ;););)
-Phil G was my alliance Captain and invited me to his team. All should note this glitch and the lack of integrity of some players. Hope GI can take quick and firm action. Complete BS.
@gamerader...that's what I did and my game was successfully restore yesterday morning. I simply deleted my entire game, re-loaded to level 5 and then asked them to reboot my game. Missed over a weeks worth of play time, but happily nothing was lost. Lost many friends on the update and now I'm on...
I'm on my 3rd friend code in 2 weeks, but I'm thrilled to say I'M BACK. GI support has successfully resurrected my game. Thank you Alisa, well done.

GI closed my ticket as SOLVED...appears I have to wait for the next windows UPDATE and hope for the best ..

system crashed after window...
system crashed after windows update, keeps resetting back to update day and old profiled name was posted. Pls advise how to submit a help...
my game couldn't be worse, can't save anything and every time I log in I'm pulled back to the day I upgraded my windows PC to the NEW & IMPROVED airport city version. GI Support so far, nada. I log in everyday w/ a little hope for relief to total disappointment.
