Did somebody confirm the Straitjacket converting to Fuel (3) is a bug or do I need to finish all side tasks in order to receive the Straitjacket?

Need all types of Slabs and I can send Sandstone Slab. I cannot receive any Straitjacket yet, all came as a Fuel (3), hopefully the bug can be fixed soon.
