Now I assumed that although when you complete level 2 you lose the ability to gift a level 2 item but gain level 3 instead, that once you built level 3 nothing would change. WRONG. Once...

Good morning world - doing better on Weather Station 3 - just need 4 transparency meters now - they seem the rare one. Nano Coatings - bah - I am getting that many flights blocked now, not impressed!

I can send Radiosondes - no problem. What I am most struggling for on WS3 are TRANPARENCY METERS - can anyone help with those please? - so far only @Wired Parrott has been able to send them to me.
