unfortunately it does not work that way. You only see launches of people you are neighbors of. If you delete a neighbor, you cannot see his launches but as long as he has not deleted you he can see yours.

you need to wait till the 77 answerr, there is no fast way of adding neighbours. You could PM some of the people you invited and ask them to accept you to speed up the process.

upgrading the building does not help at all, I am level 7 building and still have over population, only way to reduce is to delete buildings until GI does an upgrade to allow higher levels of terminals. Or ome sort of upgrade that allows a person to sstore buildings until needed, other wise...

No, becaue you can get that information by clicking on the flight itself. there are partial guide for flights for main building upgrades.

Lakino the Great It was discovered through trail and error as some gifts came once others received multiple gifts depending on which country they are located in. You premise is corrct, once you have gifted you need to wait for 24 hours to gift again.

It appears after the last update with the exception of a few people who have games that were not updated. Everyone else seems to have lost the ability to gift level 7 items or some recent gifts.
