How do you guys use the BB? I've left it on overnight before thinking it would be available in the morning only to find it disappears when it times out and you lose all fuel.

Not sure that's it. Mine is set to on, and aa not prompted for any confirmation when speeding up. Doesn't that setting apply to cash purchase?
