I had this recently due to instability issues. I uninstalled the game via the Microsoft Store. Then I reinstalled. This gave me a new game with a new user ID. I raised a support ticket and gave them both IDs. My original game was restored within 24 hours. Make a note of your old user ID...

I'm using the "free" greenies from car collecting to buy the upgrade items for destinations that I have already 3 starred. Every time I amass 5 greenies from this I buy 1 item. So far I've got 8 so that saves me from making 8 Condor flights to a destination I don't want to go to.

Its a regular occurrence. All I can suggest is to save your progress regularly by visiting a neighbour. Apparently this forces a connection with the server. Important to do this if you have just received a difficult to obtain item or have just reached a milestone. P

I I can confirm this fixes the issue. I also had the corrupted third task - but I took a sound store from my inventory, collected the coins from it and the corrupted task cleared immediately.

There is no right or wrong way to play the game. Set yourself a task - then take the necessary steps to achieve it. Once complete, set another task. Run some tasks simultaneously. Suddenly you have a strategy. I would suggest not buying bigger planes until there are tasks that you cannot...
