I got a similar response from the ticket i raised. This week got a message to say we got awarded a point (more than last week) but the point hasn't registered. I am keeping screen shots each week this goes on to prove (when they ask) that we are points down.

I travel between the UK and Canada a lot, my ipad is left on auto so switches time zones every 3 weeks. Touch wood as yet i have not had any problems at all, never once had the dreaded blocked message. Watch me get it now on friday when i return to the uk !!
