    this has happened to a few people, with the crashes you need to get a spot where you know it usually doesnt crash, ie dont visit neighbours etc, then wait a few mins, close and reopen, if it saved then you are fine

    if they get the fix in soonish you will be fine, i started from scratch and had the crashing and also completed the event today maybe i was lucky

    settings - privacy - analytics - analytics data - then find recent airport city log, copy paste entire and send to them its what they asked me to do hopefully it can help them they are working through christmas so its just as important to them as to us

    you could disconnection from internet as that is where the problem can occur, then untill the fix, do not start with out internet, you may lose some progress

    it doesnt seem to be be related to the update, but perhaps with the update i feel it is storing too much information, therefore crashing ie when you visit neighbours, gifts, and videos etc my thoughts on it
