I guess there's a thing name Windows preview which is given to devolpers, they gets the update before us and Devolpers have received Ios 9.2 Update on 27 October for testing. So that they can test their products.

Probably this was the best way, They could have given 3 Updates in past 5 month's and I guess it would have been much better than giving out one so called "BIGGEST UPDATE EVER". I guess 6 month's is more than enough time to be "patient" to wait for an update and that too without any bug's
