    How do you take screen shots of missing items??? I already sent them the screen shots of the game as it should have been with a list of the items that were missing between the backup (which I restored) and the game crash. No possible way to take screen shots of missing items. From GI support...

    When will the items missing after my game crash / restore be sent? I'm desperately missing my second runway 6, my three sweets factories, my high point rocket fuel, the greenies, and bonuses (and need the tokens before the casino or bank sale) I sent a list and screen shots a few days ago...

    GAME CRASH - now at level 34 and NO planetariums :(

    Very unhappy when my laptop crashed and now I'm at level 34 and have NOTHING. Will a neighbor please visit and let me know what they see? I've contacted GI support and am VERY upset.
