Terrible! I have had 6 planes going to look for them constantly for, like 10 days, and I have only found one, so I have given up on this mission some days ago. In fact, the server problem almost made me give up playing at all. But now I guess I'll hang on a little. Thanks for asking...

There seem to be server problems; I can't go into my neighbors' cities - now I "hang" while trying for ALL neighbors. I think that these problems also can affect your launch.
