I think the amount of coins/pax/fuel is the same for both you & the neighbor no matter what building you tap. So it wouldn't make any difference on that front. However, it appears that airport buildings that give you droplets of fuel give coins to the neighbor being visited.

Start the building's update (you do need the required coins). When it's done, the building's popup will show the necessary items. There should be a button underneath with the little play symbol. Voila, that's how you do it. But, if you've exhausted your video allotment for the day, those...

So a side quest requires me to fly to Kansas City. Really?? I don't have a pharma yet.

Once I've completed the side quests, do I need to be tapping on the ghosts in my city? It looks like they just give you shotguns & other weather items.

It is/was a glitch in receiving straitjackets. Android's new update fixes it, other platforms coming soon.
