    The answer is no, you lose the ability to send gifts as this event does not have its own gifts and bonuses. Christmas was a special case as they introduced a new concept of gifts and bonuses.

    How did you send the ticket. If you sent it through the game, it may have not reached them as ingame ticketing has not been working properly. If you sent it through their website, it should have been fixed within a week.

    valentines day event is most likely as GI is working on fixes to this last update for devices. They released a partial fix for ios devices.
