Sounds delicious! After being poor during all my years getting my college degrees and training afterwards, I am finally able to explore using more expensive ingredients and techniques. Sound like I need to try ostrich! Tomorrow I plan on learning how to 'velvet' venison so it doesn't dry out...

In lockdown, I have been using my stash of venison I get from my father every winter. Last night: roasted venison backstrap with asparagus and horseradish cream sauce. Tonight: Leftovers in a grilled sandwich :)

Oh, thank you for posting this. I thought it was just me. Lack of videos or reduced videos has been happening to me on and off for several days. I thought I just had to be wearing the correct lucky socks or something to get videos again :)
