It should be noted that this is a horrible use of greenies, though. Best to use them for land expansion, hangar expansion, and upgrading resource buildings. Winning an event competition does not get you enough to sacrifice these other things.

I would suggest never paying greenies for liveries, unless it is Superfast livery on sale. I instead suggest spending greenies on land expansion (if needed, and on sale) or on upgrading industries (i.e., factories providing pills, beds, lollipops, flight catering). One of the biggest disappointments I had as a new player was that many collections do not give you the actual thing you collect. By all rights, I should have nearly 4000 T-rex skeletons roaming the fields around my city and reenacting a very disturbing mix of Jurassic Park and Night at the Museum 😆
