After the reset, everything is back to normal. Not jump to the top, clear manually, and the counter shows total gifts.

Yes, the bonus will be add up. Also you can combine Secret Faucet + Fuel Additives (event bonus), it will increase fuel restore by 3 fuel/second (1 regular + 1 SF + 1 FA)
