Diana ... i have you in my neighbor list as "username deedee" as the game username. Your post shows your username as "deedee". Confirm the discrepancy. If folks type in 'deedee' in the 'add friend' tab, they'll get an error message How did you game name end up being 'username deedee' anyway?

If you insist, try to relink Ac with facebook through your settings. scroll down to FB and tap, 'see a list of games linked to the account. if this doesn't work, just ignore that particular side quest. It wont stop you from progressing through the game

Remember, you can add send a max of 5 invite requests to neighbors a day. There is no limit on receiving requests. that could be it. the only other explanation is if you lose Wifi, u lose the friend tab. Dont worry about the facebook subquest. There has been a bug in the past with FB integration
