Red launch on dagummit...I can finish it myself but would rather leave 3rd place (and others) for someone would could use a red launch (hint hint, @Chloe11111 ) :)

If you haven't already, visit neighbors that have planetariums. They drop the necessary items for red launches, asks at a VERY high drop rata I might add.

One or two of the destinations will. The rest need wireless compasses and attitude indicators.

To be honest I don't remember, but I do know that red launches gives you more coins than the others, and, if I remember correctly, you need to finish in the top 3 to earn tokens.

The grand hotel is going to be the best way to solve your population issue, so launching will likely be a priority. The grand hotel fixes the population issue better and quicker than upgrading the town hall, so I'd probably put the town hall on the back burner for now. If you haven't already...

I could fill it myself, but I would like to leave it open for anyone who could use an easy launch.
