To everyone out there who is unable to play: Don't think that GI aren't trying to fix the bugs. Of course they are. It's not as if it is a simple gameplay bug. Lots of us cannot even enter the game to begin with. If no one plays, they cannot collect revenue. Their ability to fix the issues...

I have just updated to 1.99.02. Rebooting device and opening AC for the first time. Results is............... FAIL.

I got the standardised reply from GI (saying that the issue was being switched to solved etc.) Now I have another follow-up email telling me they are awaiting a response from me (which I cannot find in their initial email nor through any clever rewording) or asking if there is anything else...

I don't believe your reasoning: "server issues". My theory is that the forum was infected by GI and their many bugs that have plagued us in the game!

Support ticket submitted. Let's see how long it takes to get fixed (if at all).

I am joining the "Can Not Enter Game" club. I get the black screen with GI/AC logo in top corner, then a force close message. Cleared cache and offline mode: No result. I had just landed my first Area 51 flight with no drop. Didn't even finish my expletive-riddled rant about "always" drop...

I'm running through the tasks on the side quest, while accumulating as many missions assets as possible. Flying to Area 51 can wait.

This "item drop notification" is one of the best things they've added since GI added the "flights to next star counter". There's 20 days to complete the mission. I wouldn't go running off in a hurry to finish it in 2 days.

I've done 15 flights to Santiago and have already accumulated 3/5/2/4/0. And quite a few of those flights returned no items. 14 items in 15 flights is a pretty good strike rate if you ask me. Oil is that one that never drops by the looks of it.

I had just begun the Aztec mission, but that can wait. I just dumped all my turbo props and have 5 jumbos (and counting). Selling all planes to buy up to 8 jumbos and then have to sell them immediately after the mission can be prohibitively expensive. But, this will probably be the only way...

I notice my gifts have changed. Instead of sending regular fuel and passengers, I can now only send "facebook exclusive" fuel & passengers. They really, really want facebook log-ins, hey? From now on if you want fuel, you might just have to hit the fuel depot every 10 minutes. Speaking of...
