Did you get everything back? Even the special buildings from quests and all the collected items?

It's not a time travel issue. The Win10 Mobile update didn't let me access my phone at all in the end. Just a black screen. Even a soft rest didn't help so my only hope was the hard reset. And with this hard reset all data was deleted.

Bad news. I updated my phone to the latest version of the Windows 10 Mobile Preview and it almost killed my phone,. I had to do a hard reset but now all my progress (in all games) is lost. I guess I have to talk to the support now and hope to get all my progress back. If anybody has any tips...

It always seems like some iteams drop at a way lower rate then others. For me it was the boots that took forever to get. Maybe try a soft reset on your phone. It helped with the farmer markets when they didn't drop a single item so maybe it will help now, too. Also try clearing the cache /...

I'd say yes. I read here from Android users who got caught off-guard by GI when a quest last year finished a couple of hours earlier then it should have. Those who didn't press the complete button didn't get the reward.
