Take a look at your spam folder. I found that GI was responding to my issues, but their emails were all classified as spam so I never saw their replies.

Have you checked the spam folder of your email? That is were I found the reply from GI. Once we could communicate, they were able to help me.

The drop rate for cloud tapping is EXTREMELY low. It can take 100 taps to get one animal. Stick with it! I have 4 castles now and can't stop clicking more clouds.

I have submitted several tickets to Game Insight, with (I thought) no response. On a whim, I looked in my Comcast/Xfinity email spam folder. There I found a number of emails from GI. If you are expecting a response from GI, do check you spam folder. You might be happily surprised.

I find the Windows game very frustrating without ads. If there was no way to fix the issue I would probably find another game.

I assume that you are on Windows? This has been a consistent problem. GI seems to run out of ads for Windows and the program can't cope. A very troubling sign for GI. If they can't attract advertisers (and many ad providers are hitting record revenues) they won't last long.

This is our only available response. GI could fix this easily by running in-house ads when they don't have any paying ads to show. They JUST DON'T WANT TO.

I can't in good conscious throw money at GI in response to what is truly terrible behavior on their part. This problem is entirely caused by their decisions and not terribly difficult to correct, if they only cared. And if I give up on AC, having an iPad will open up a huge library of other...
