I was a big campainer to have it removed but since the coin glitch has given me a lot of coins it has become useful again. It is a discrace that it was advertised as such a great new building and it is really a waste of space and not removable. ...except if you have unlimited coins.

Calling it a multiplier sounds like it will be exponential. It isnt. It is more like addition. You get an extra 4 times the value of the building revenue for each visit. I found 60 visits to Madlen was about all the lag I could manage. With 3 times the value from the coin then an extra 60*4, I...
Phone got too hot and it restarted the game. Someone must have a more powerful phone and expensive buildings to collect millions. I think I will probably only end up with 100 000 coins or so as I don't have big buildings and my phone got so slow and laggy- then restarted itself.
Also you don't need to have the building ready to cash before it multiplies. In other words if you do 10 visits before a building generates money it will still give many times the normal income.
I think it is wise not to build the fuel station. It cant be deleted once built either. Maybe by going back a few versions you can get rid of it but I havent got into that. It doesnt seem a well thought out set of values, I cant see any value in using 4 squares to make 3 fuel in 10 minutes for...
At 330 neigbours, I just hit the send back item to whoever sends me the best items. If someone sends 20 fuel I might try to look them up to send their item but it is very hard. I get about 80 items per day. There have been others whop admit to similar. This is why there atre some who complain...
Further to this, I have recently become convinced that item drop frequencies are adjusted at times. This is most obvious on Doce Vita. I have changed my buildings several times after the drop frequencies change. I think things are adjusted to try to make the game sort of fun but more fun if you pay.
I think it is important to spend your cash once you have enough to expand your land. Then you can have a short break from worrying you will waste it on a misclick pop up.

Initially I thought it was best to have 20 good neighbours but it didnt work. Now I have about 250 neighbours and get sent about 60 gifts per day. I send back stuff to the ones who send the best gifts.
