    Nowadays, once I get 20 greens, I immediately buy land. In fact, I just got 5 greens from the Rule the Kingdom download, and promptly bought Land expansion 15. Don't want to blow it on useless stuff!

    In the past, Golden Dice (4 green bills) increase your chance of drops from flights (by a lot) to complete your Collections & quest items. Completing the Collection sets gives you the Sky Captain, which you can use later (increase chance of item drop too). So it was worth the 4 green bills...

    Always buy land with coins when you can. Use the green bills for electricity or golden dice. 50% off for land may be a one-off thing. Wait if you can, but when you just don't have space anymore, you have to buy land to build essential quest buildings, power station etc.
