Finally! This is the update (v1.84) that should have been! Loading the game is back to normal. I can visit neighbours (and hopefully people can visit me). Still have the Launch Pad problem though! I could not launch rocket flights for a month now! So still something that needs fixing.

Hi pienicki, it took 50 minutes for your invitation to actually appear on Bali Hi. That's assuming you typed it into the forum the minute you added Bali Hi. I think GI server is really SLOW right now!

Thank you to everyone who sent Pruning Shears to Bali Hi. Drop rate in Android is much worse than in iPad, 20 shears and only got 2 flowers! Special thanks to tdv & Sophie for the special deliveries.

Suresh, flip123, Bali Hi is on AC ver 1.82, running on Samsung Tab 8.9, Android Honeycomb. Currently, I take about 20 minutes to load the game (usually require 2 clicks on system error message so that it would "wait" for game to load). And I did see Suresh's visiting icon this morning.
