Well, if the captain has until 16:00 UTC to show up, then the pad decision should be at the same time. It’s weird if the pad is decided before the captain. All in all, the decision should be with the captain as he/she is the one responsible to make sure the rocket is launched.

I used 3 bowl of riches (+ quite a few fuel+pax) to finally get all 3 collections. I started this from 0. The drop rate for flowers is also not too good. But look at the bright side, we'll get all those items after we complained here :ROFLMAO::ROFLMAO:
