I'm sorry if it looked that way. I never intended to. But I indeed understood that you and Ken are claiming that admins here are capable of doing that.
This entire thread begun as confrontational, and I guess we all subconsciously played along.
I would still like to hear your argumentation. I...
@KenDuckySmith It's not about pleasing me. It's about what rules are set on this board and whenever they've been broken or not. Maybe it's bad, maybe it's good, but the laws that apply to us rarely work as we feel they should, so it's important to carefully weight the situation before...
@KenDuckySmith I don't think any of those were broken here.
If someone was hell-bent on stretching those rules, I am afraid it applies more to your post than to the private message you've received from that other person.
Your post is somewhat hateful and you are explicitly threatening him with...
Well, having enough passengers is merely the question of having enough buildings. We don't know what lvl the player has, but if that's a capped player revisiting old location, 3800 passengers in 16 hours wouldn't make him break a sweat.
Because this is a destination that requires an item, and it's only Monday - I would back off, pick another destination and save the lamps for next week. Arctic Station is usually quite easy destination, so 100 flights in Monday that's damn strange.
But again, I don't play in PC rankings which...
It depends.
First thing to check is what day of week it is. If it's end of the week, it's very easy - just play whole week offline and then turn internet on as Sunday, 23:59 approaches - bam, surprise attack.
If it's Monday then it means that the person probably spent loads of fuel bonuses (16*3...
What you're bringing up are not realistic and insightful depictions but rather a stereotypical lore (like St.Patrick's Day, which isn't how Irish are but rather how rest of the world thinks Irish are). That's my point exactly.
Of course they can! But just as I can't tell them to not make rules, you can't tell them to do make rules. And they haven't made a rule that's applicable here, have they?
And you're wrong in one thing here: we who have the right to call the shots are the ones most obligated to follow the rules...
For me it was a beneficial bug - in no way I could burn through that many romantic passengers, while I used regular ones while 3-starring regular destinations.
The only time when I was struggling to keep terminal empty rather than full. : )
I don't know what's your style - I for example do one destination per week and never return there again, so I have no use for flight items lower than Spare Wire.
But, I imagine, they'll come in handy after a year or so.
