Check @Captain WH Rollins guide about how to deal with highjackers. But yeah, you need to put at least 1180 to be safe for blue launch. Lower than that, there’s always risk for highjacking.

Don’t worry Mo. I’ve been living in the Netherlands for 4++ years. They are all mostly very happy to speak back in english. It’s even pretty hard to try to speak dutch to them as they will just reply you in english. Haha. And they are mostly very nice people in general.
