I had the same issues when I was finishing "The Great Game" quest so much so that I pulled the trigger a couple of days early so I would not have a technical issue rob me of completion of the quest. I think my version 1.5.4. Since update to 1.6.7 I have not had loading problems.

Hi gcjr The best way I could say to get Aerosol in a hurry is. 1) Wait till you can visit neighbours 2) Use a Soul Net 3) Visit neighbours zapping the Black Wraiths which can give you goodies including the Aerosols.
