I got today the final statement and ticket is closed, got back additional 4M gold and 50 gold chests. The rest is gone. To be honest I am fed up and have no willingness to fight with them again, for me GI support is the worst example of customer care. I lost a huge amount of golden tokens...

Despite the reset and changing timer for collection from building, the gifting works as it should. I stopped to visit the cities, because it cancelled the progress of airplane repair. Quite annoying. I cross my fingers that the developers fix the glitches soon. Sometimes I have a feeling it...

Hmm, why the game sometimes reset the timer to visit my neighbors? That way I will not be able ever to visit anyone? Does someone know the cause? Thanks

Updated the game and my jumbo plane in hangar is gone. Seems to me the game is not fair to all of us. Today I got a response to my claim on Monday that I am still short of gold I lost thanks to bug, they will think about it. I hope they will settle everything down soon.

Hehe, another piece of excellent code implemented. With every update they discover a lot of unwanted features, looks like they software is so advanced that it is behind human capabilities to fix it :)

Cool, glad it works. Back to my case. It is awful anyway, I have comparable city now, but I lost 25M gold, 2500 greenies, 350 golden tokens, 17k silver tokens and a lot of collections and maps to special destinations. Looking forward when I will be blamed for unfair benefits.

I have Samsung S4 and it happened during the proposal for the installation of another game for 4 greenies as ads. It does not happen always, but I will never ever install any additional game, the 4 greenies does not compensate the trouble with GI support.
