@kelvint23 , I have a CT9 but am not yet at Level 80. I cannot send observation drones but would appreciate receiving them for my CT10 upgrade. Thanks

@Awesomerowend My plan is to fly from about 1600 to 2000UTC that day. At some point, possibly during that period, I may have to take an hour or so off for family business but I don't have an exact time yet.
