Thank you. Progress is being made. GI is working to fix my game. I am hoping it is quicker than some have experienced. I did start playing the mobile version. Very frustrating though to start over and be on a small screen.

Hi friends. I experienced a computer problem (not related to AC game). I had possibly a virus. Anyway, a computer technician just re-set my computer back to factory setting, so of course, my game is back at level 1. I have sent GI an email to get a code. Hopefully a code works in this type...

Does this mean that if you close the event, your gift shops no longer give out the collection items... even when I visit as a neighbor? If so , how do I know which neighbors I shouldn't visit their gifts shops because they have closed the event?

@chris68 Are you aware of the Windows PC -Airport city Launches section of the forum? this is where you can get together with others to launch. If you start a launch, just post it in that section of the forum and you will be sure to get plenty of help. Also I don't really need passengers...
