Anubhav, are you an exclusively Windows PC player? On Android, GI actually allowed building up to 10 on two occasion, accidentally I think. You can keep trying every time there is an update, who knows the limit may be raised to 10 again. Incidentally, what is your terminal capacity right now...

Suzy, Usually, upon completion of the Terminal Level 6, the side quest to upgrade to Level 7 appears very soon after. I don't think there are no other side quests that you need to do to... My guess is that you need to be at Level 52 or above to able to build Level 7 items, or something like...
