From what Ivan said, they've put a huge amount of work on behind-the-scene stuff, so such long pause and no new content is a normal thing when doing a major overhaul. What saddens me is that overhaul turned out as a disaster.

Exactly, standard ban on online activities. There are no other kinds of bans in this game AFAIK.

Laptops don't have all keys. Some keys are relegated to secondary function, and sometimes the button is simply not there and there is no way of getting it except of plugging a real keyboard via USB. Prt Scr button is usually the first to meet the ax. Most laptops even if they have it, it's not...

I disagree. IMHO they should work on making current features bug-free. Which is what Ivan promised, but we see new features like zoom or buttons instead.
