This was a small side task during the Phantom Menace quest. During the quest it could be completed by just visiting 4 neighbours. Nothing else, we didn't had to collect something. I hope visiting 4 neighbours is still enough after the quest has ended!

Hi Tom, my max population went from 1570 to 1620 after placing the Sfinx in my city. Although it was not mentioned in the building-information in the warehouse. Strange that this didn't happen at your game.

I just got the Sfinx too. In the warehouse-description isn't mentioned that this building add 50 to your population. But when I placed the Sfinx in my city my population went from 1570 to 1620!
