You refer to 10 excavation maps. How many excavation destinations maps you get out of those 10 maps?

I am on 2 runways with lvl10. SG is activated. I've landed 13 guest planes now. The total coin income was 1847 coins. Nothing too much special....

What am I missing? How did the event enable you to obtain so many coins?

Only significant problem is obtaining the destinations' maps.

The main issue with the helicopters is the endless micro management. That remains the same.

Regarding the hangar upgrade, I think it's worth the greenies, as you gonna need that space whatsoever, later in the game when you will gain S1, S2 or S3 plane types. You will not want to lose those planes. As for the cheap planes, I wouldn't spare a greenie for those planes.

SC = Sky Captain bonus

I usually run the excavation flights during the event (like now), using the SC for cheap 500 units of the event. Edited: I'm using the SG not the SC... I wish I had enough SC.

I wish I could buy more maps a day, as at current I'm using the daily video cap for buildings items (finishing the game center buildings....)

well.. my alliance (good as it is) can't come close to 3/3 for everybody. That's rare...

I've finished 3/3 alliance tasks twice, never got any bonus for that. Does the whole alliance needs to finish 100% of its tasks?

So, to make sure I understand your suggestions. 1. I should buy twice a week from Duke the 5 maps (1000 coins each), which gives me 10 excavation maps a week. 2. After gaining some maps, start flying to the excavation destinations, without speed-ups, but with active bonuses in order to improve...

Do you fly the relevant excavation map and hope for some dropouts? Or do you buy the sets with your hard earned greenies from Duke's store (and hope for your luck on getting the maps you need..)?

I didn't know that there is such a bonus golden megaphone..

BTW since January (date of that post), I've progressed with 7 more.... now I'm at 27/100...
