This event has some interesting challenges with the associated buildings needing over 300 electricity, over 200 pop, and 36 2x2 plots of land. Especially after a lot of people just added 25-30 buildings in the prior event o_O

The Mesoamerican and Ancient Rome Hawk flights that are 24 to send are 50 fuel to bring back early. My experience is pretty close to 1 out of 4 drop rate with GD on both of those.
