Maybe a bug, never heard about expansions costing more than 20. My city side was already maxed out and yesterday it costs me 400 greenies to buy all new land on city side(I did some saving up too from casino and bank). And no, I didn't want to wait another week for the 50% sale.....;)

Yes, it's a new buidling in your warehouse and needed for the side task (I already finished it by visiting my own Historical Museum but maybe it's also working by visitting one of a neigbor, as soon as you can see them). We get quite a cultural city this way: Aviation Museum, Historical Museum...

I don't understand it. Do you mean that land expansions in your city cost 40 or even 60 greenies? I bought all 20 available new expansions on city side for 20 greenies. So 400 in total... I can still expand on airport side but that also still 20 greenies for each piece of land...

Thanks Flip! Tunguska was indeed a side mission but came back as event destination in The Outer Limits quest (next to Roswell, Bermuda and Area 51). So I already counted Tunguska in the 173 destinations.
