This problem has been going on for over a month now and still no fix or proper response from GI. It is killing the enjoyment for many players.

not heard anything of value from GI despite raising the crash ad issue on several occasions. The last note from them was to say they would close the issue if they didn’t hear from me by the following day. I therefore replied saying I hadnt heard and asked what they were doing about this problem...

Crashing ads stopped for a day last week now back again. GI have given me an alliance task which needs a building I bought last week and still needs all the items. Every time for past two days the game crashes when I try to obtain an item. Just NOT good enough.

Love these threads..... so entertaining! Would be so disappointing if GI got things right - nothing to comment on. Had to laugh this morning, after weeks of video ads crashing etc, I had a few that actually worked yesterday. This morning with renewed vigour and confidence I went in to continue...
